Opus Energy invoices are changing!

As part of Opus Energy's investment in continual development, Opus are launching a new look invoice. From 18th January all customers will receive their invoices in the new clearer and easier to understand format.

Customers will benefit from many exciting new features:

  • Account balance and consumption breakdown clearly shown, so customers know exactly what they are paying for.

  • Explicit payment section so that the customer knows how much to pay and what to do next.

  • Inclusion of an average daily consumption graph. Customers can use this information to track how much energy they are using and make positive energy efficiency steps based on the results.

  • SME and Corporate Account specific invoices. Content is tailored to provide useful information for these different market types.

  • Messages advising customers of other useful Opus products and services.

  • An improved contemporary and professional design.

  • Better for the environment, the new look design is more space conscious, saving paper.

Why have we changed the invoices?

Opus is committed to a cycle of continual evolution for an improved customer experience. Feedback from customers and customer service advisers has highlighted areas of improvement with the existing format.
